Q: What is the earliest hotel check-in time for people arriving the Thursday before the Derby?
A: 3pm

Q: What happens if I lose my tickets?
A: Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced

Q: What time should I plan to arrive at the venue?
A: Gates open at 8 am. The parking lot opens at 6am both Friday and Saturday. Shuttle service begins at 9am on Friday and 7am on Saturday.

Q: When will I receive my tickets?
A: Derby Experiences will overnight the tickets the week of April 11th

Q: Will ground transportation be provided to the races?
A: Only for grandstand packages

Q: Is there a weather plan? The Kentucky Derby® and Kentucky Oaks® are run rain or shine.
A: The only thing that would delay the races is lightning.

Q: What method of payment can I use to purchase a packages?
A: VISA card, written check or money wiring

Q: What if I would like information on ancillary services such as golfing, tours , parties and transportation?
