Mingle with millionaires at the Derby

The 134th Kentucky Derby is less than a month away. If you haven't prepared, don't panic. There's a way to get there in style.
In conjunction with Churchill Downs, Quint Events in Atlanta is offering "travel experience packages" of tickets to the Derby and the Kentucky Oaks that include three nights' lodging, transportation in Louisville, food, drink and even a gift bag.
The packages vary, but if you don't find what you want, "we have the flexibility to customize the offering to fit specific needs" and its "guaranteed by Churchill Downs itself," says Brian Learst, president of Quint Events.
Now for the pain.
There's the Early Bird Special, which includes seats in a box in the grandstand for $1,499 per person, double occupancy.
Not exclusive enough?
How about the clubhouse package for $4,999 per person?
Consider that the middle ground.
At the top of the spire, so to speak, is the Millionaires Row Package.
For $8,999 a head, you can hobnob with some of the world's wealthiest folks and definitely eat high on the hog or cow or pheasant, or whatever you prefer.
And when you get to Millionaires Row, tell 'em the Buzz sent you. You won't get anything, even a gift bag upgrade, but at least they'll know you read a classy newspaper.
